This is a 4 passenger system that runs on a
very light weight steel elevated track similar to the modern roller
coaster tracks. It can operate independently on a small site such as a
mall, office parks, hospitals or campus. It can also be used to connect
remote buildings with the Skyways stations. It is automated (driverless
and uses a moving switch where necessary. It is slow from 10mph to 30
mph and can go around sharp corners such as a street or between
buildings.

The SkyHawk runs on a rotary electric motor that
drives 2 horizontal pinch wheels for traction as shown to the
left. The vertical wheels hold it firmly to the track like a roller
coaster. It can be open air with doors or it can be enclosed.

less than 6' wide making SkyHawk the smallest vehicle in our family of

Because of the slow speeds, SkyHawk can use a
mechanical switch which takes only 15 or so seconds to activate. This
can be used in maintenance bays to save room
