Our Marketing Plan is based on a building a 21st Century virtual team (Consortium) from all parts of the industry to build a five mile demonstration model. After this, we will market franchises of the demonstration model's specifications world wide. This will involve using Internet tools to accelerate communications amongst the consortium members, government agencies, private investment companies and public media. All participants will be supported by our web site's interactive services.
